  • Browse our products by clicking on the relevent picture in the online store section or the links on the lefthand side of the page.
  • When you have decided on what you would like to order click on the PURCHASE NOW button below the product. You can order more than one product at a time by selecting Continue Shopping and repeating this step.
  • Enter your details
  • Pay with either credit card via phone, or direct fund transfer.
  • You will receive an order summary and reference number via email as soon as you have placed your order.
  • Your order will then be shipped within 48 hours provided the goods are in stock.
  • We will try our best to keep the web site up to date. If a product becomes unavailable you will be contacted so an alternative decision can be made.

Delivery Information

Ballarat Patchwork aims to process and send your order within 48 hours of receiving it by email.

However, if a product ordered is not in stock, we will notify you by email immediately and advise you of the expected delivery time.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be sent.

Delivery Charges

Ballarat Patchwork uses Australia Post for its local and international deliveries.

This is a reliable and cost effective service.

Our postage charges are determined by the weight of your order and the destination. This amount is calculated when you proceed to checkout and is added to your total.

Delivery Times

For orders within Australia, please allow 3 working days.

For orders outside of Australia, please allow up to 7 – 21 days from the date of posting.

Note all packages are sent by air mail.

All prices are in Australian Dollars AUD.

Payments are debited to your credit card when your order is ready for posting.

Orders will not be sent until payment has been processed.

Payment by Direct Transfer

When paying by direct fund transfer please do not transfer your funds until we have contacted you regarding your order and confirm that the goods are in stock.

If payment is not received within 5 working days of placing the order, an email will be sent, and if there is no reply within 2 days, the purchase will be cancelled and items made available for purchase.
