Beginner’s Quilts
Just had to put these on to show everyone. We are always very pleased when our beginners get to the quilting stage, because it usually means they will finish! These two were made in our sailboat cot quilt class, but they didn’t want to make the boats as they wanted the quilt to be unisex. I love the sawtooth star, such a simple pattern, but always looks so effective. The green stars were completed by Faith Austin and the yellow and blue by Danielle Haynes.

Congratulations to both of you – you’re further along than I’ve got yet! Both quilts are lovely, but I must admit I have a soft spot for green…
