I have finally finished the pattern for our new quilt Snowflake Medallion. Lots of hard work from my mum trying to decipher my notes. Hmmmmm should remember to take better notes next time!
This year the Ballaarat Quilter’s Xmas Challenge was a fabric. So we had to make a quilt or anything really using this fabric. The fabric is the chocolate in the photos below. I have always loved the small little squares often used in vintage quilts and I have always wanted one myself! (it only has 400: 4-patch blocks)
Drum roll please………………………………. and the winners are (drawn randomly)
Can you ladies please email me with your details so I can send out your patterns!
We have just recently finished some new patterns for the shop so I thought that I might have a little givaway. Just leave a comment by Saturday the 13th December by 5pm and 3 lucky bloggers will receive all three new patterns.
Back in August Mum and I attended BQW and made some beautiful blocks with Michelle Yeo using Tula Pink’s Flutterby range.

These little patterns would come in ever so handy in my box of gifts to make. I would so love to win this prize. THey are such great patterns. Just adore the little strippy cot quilt.
I have been waiting for the gorgeous stripy cot quilt to be made available since I saw it hanging up. It looks sooooo great and can’t wait to have a go making it. I’ve just finished the “Gingham rose quilt”, the “Little crosses quilt” and I have decorated our “Christmas tree” (white painted branches) with the gorgeous yoyos as inspired by you – they look fantastic! Thanks for all your help throughout the year.
Wow, love the colours nice bright and fresh, The potholder and mitt are especially lovely.
