A Quilt for ric-rac
Well I have been telling you for quite some time that I have been working a secret project.
It is finally finished and off to live at it’s new house – Chez Ric-Ric.
This quilt was made with the wonderful help of all you fantastic bloggers out there. I collected the blocks – selvedge of course, then put them all together in a quilt to celebrate Jodie’s big birthday last year.
It was so much fun to make but alas, I didn’t take any photos because I was too excited to give it to the girl.
Lucky she just put a photo on her blog and I have just borrowed it.
Thanks Jodie

Hi Emma,
The quilt is absolutely amazing! You’ve done a fantastic job! Did my block make it in or was it far too late? Lucy xxx

Hi, I think that was a truly lovely thing you did for Jodie…you can tell from her blog she is very touched.
Well done,

Emma you have done a sterling job. And I think she might like it a little bit.

Hi Lucy,
Yes it did, not in the main quilt but it is in the corner.
It ended up being a very large quilt in the end!

Thank you so much for doing this Emma – I’m so delighted that my very late block made it in to the quilt! Lucy x
