Help me think of a name and win some blocks
I have just finished a new quilt, a scrappy nine patch. It is actually a queen size bed but as I am in a single at the moment, (well it was either the big bed or the sewing machine – guess which one I choose) I photographed it on that. Now my problem is…… what to call it.

So help me think of a name and if I choose yours you
can have my leftover blocks to get you started!

The lovely Kellie was teaching at Ballarat Patchwork last weekend, and I had such fun displaying all her quilts in our shop for the day.
It was the second day of a two day workshop, and I think all the
girls had a fabulous time!

and I am going to sneak this photo in.

Jennifer and I on our Amy Butler sample night,
wearing some of the samples. Amazing what a little
bubbly makes you do!

Teehee. More power to your bubbly-lifting elbow for dressing up. Loving that dress on you, the colour is luvverly.
Umm … how about calling it the ‘Fruit Tingle’ quilt.

Very pretty, I love the colors! The white part reminds me of ric-rac ribbon so I’d call it the ric-rac quilt.

I’m thinking something like “fruit salad” too, or “mixed lollies”, “summer all-sorts”. Has to reflect the gorgeous bright colours!

Before seeing the other comments the quilt made me think of all things ‘summer’ and ‘friuty’ too, so maybe something like ‘Calypso’ or ‘Fruit Fizz’.

Serendipity!

well, before reading the comments I thought “fruitgums” would be the perfect name, it looks so very sweet and juicy, just as fruitgums
apparently other readers had the same idea of something fruity
now a question, on the last picture I see quarter circle blocks in flutterby fabric, is this one of your designs?
where can I get that pattern please?

How about “Confetti of Colours” or “Kaleidoscope of colours”.
It just possesses so many different colours but still has a simpleness and order to it. It is just beautiful!!!
