and introducing “Bloom”

I am a little proud of this quilt – my new fav.

Bloom is made using raw edge applique – much quicker the the old needle turn!

It was taken by my very talented friend Jade from Mojo Photography.

My Bloom quilt was recently used in a display home photo shoot, and
that spunky cat is called Smokey. He is a dead ringer for my recently
departed Mr Pringle, I think he might have to be stolen.

    What a gorgeous quilt, Emma. The colours are so fresh and pretty and I really like the contrast with the background fabric. Lovely quilting, too – and thanks for the pussy cat picture; looks very much like our darling (and long departed) Sophie.

    Love the colours you used in this quilt, blues and yellows always look good together and Smokey matches in so well, too!
