Robot Riot

A new quilt pattern from Kellie
at Don’t Look Now.

Kellie was here teaching on the weekend so
we got to see this fantastic quilt.
The robots are so cute!

of Kellie’s class!


I love seeing all the different results.
Kellie will be teaching again at Ballarat
Patchwork next year.

Dancing Dollies

Last week this beautiful quilt from Trish Harper arrived.
Trish is teaching this quilt over two Saturdays.

Dancing Dollies has a mix of applique, hand piecing and machine piecing.
Once again Trish has hand quilted this quilt is her usual stunning style.
What a lovely quilt for little girls.

Jill’s Worry Dolls

Jill was kind enough to bring her finished Worry Dolls
quilt into the shop for me to see today.
She is just about to send it off for her
grand daughters 3rd birthday present,
what a lucky little girl.

“Taking Applique Beyond The Turned Edge”
at Ballarat Patchwork a couple of months ago.
What a wonderful achievement! It looks fabulous!

Classes for 1st term 2011

We have just organised the classes for 1st term next year.
We have a new tutor for this year,  Jodie Carleton from Ric Rac fame
will be teaching one of her delightful softies.

Kellie Wulfuson from Don’t Look Now is coming to teach her fabulous
raw edge applique technique.

Trish Harper is coming to teach her stunning Pineapple Quilt and an old
favourite at Ballarat Patchwork the magnificent Georgetown Turnaround.

Pam Jansen is teaching a few of our new quilts including Pink Fizz Kaleidoscope as well as Goose Chase. She will also be teaching a
lovely sewing bag with embroidered pockets and Nine Birds.
And don’t forget the regular classes, machine and hand quilting
and also our 8week beginners course.

Talented Beginners

We have just finished another beginners class at Ballarat Patchwork, and once again I am amazed at the results. Everyone used such different fabrics, but they all look fantastic. Congratulations Ladies!
