The Australasian Quilt Convention is on next week and we have
been busy getting ready.
We have some new samples for you to look at….

Little Ninjas from Melly & Me.
I made these two last night, such an easy pattern and they
didn’t take long at all to make.
We will have fabric packs of these cute little guys available.

The very smart and way too cute lunch bag from Heather Bailey,
Jack and Jill. This bag is made using laminated fabric. This
bag uses half a yard with some left over which you could use to make
matching coin purses.

The Three Little Maids from RicRac will be making the road trip.
I have two of the fabrics used in these dolls and I am
trying my hardest to get the third by AQC. Fingers crossed
it arrives in time and then we will have some packs for the show.

A new pattern from us called Petal Cushions.
I am still writing this one but it is a pattern for
3 cushions using 6 fat quarters and some of the natural
linen/cotton fabric. This also includes enough fabric
for the back too.
(Haven’t photo shopped this one yet, can you tell?)

The packs for these will also have the self cover buttons
required for the back. Mum put these together and
I think she did a great job.

Packs for Effie & Ollie including the felt
used in the decorations will also be coming to Melbourne.

Henrietta the turtle will be in packs too!
I was lucky enough to find some more
of both of these fabrics so the packs could be made.
The felt for the flower will also be included.

and last of all we will have some packs to make the
Marlo Bloom Handbag designed by Heather Bailey.
We will also be putting in the fabric and felt needed to make
the flower brooch.
Thinks thats all for the moment, better get back
to cutting and folding, folding and cutting.
See you at the convention…….stand 99.
